All prices as shown in the Price List are effective with the date printed on the cover and supersede all other published price lists. As DST, Ltd. is subject to price revisions from suppliers, we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Design Fees

Design fees and payment for receipt of detailed drawings are non-refundable and payable in advance. Premier Source CAD drawings will be released upon placement of order and deposit.


Payment in full is due with placement of orders for in-stock product. For custom orders, or orders with lead time, one-half of the total cost is due at time of order and the balance prior to shipment.

Product Specifications

Because of ongoing product modifications and improvements on the part of manufacturers we represent, product information is subject to change without notice.


Items ordered are not subject to cancellation. Should cancellation be required and if it is possible to do so, Customer agrees to be responsible for any and all charges incurred, including a 25% restocking fee and related administrative costs at $75 per hour. Design deposits and custom orders are non-refundable.


DST, Ltd. reserves the right to select the most appropriate mode of shipment from point of origin.


DST, Ltd. responsibility ceases upon delivery of the products in good order to the carrier. Delivery to the carrier shall constitute delivery to the Customer. Customer is responsible for off-loading of product.


Upon receipt of shipment, any defect, error or shortage ascertainable by inspection must be made in writing within five business days.


DST, Ltd. is not responsible for the means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures of construction selected by the Contractor, or for any failure of the Contractor to comply with laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes or orders applicable to the Contractor’s furnishing and performing his or her work.


No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization from Duncan Stuart Todd, Ltd. Please coordinate returns by phone before returning any product. Returns of merchandise are subject to a 25% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, without exception. Products must not have been used. Returns must include all original packaging along with product literature and other paperwork. We reserve the right to refuse incomplete returns. No returns are accepted after 30 days of purchase.

Custom Orders

Please note that your order may include products identified as “Custom Order/Non-Returnable”. Once manufactured and/or shipped, these items cannot be accepted for credit, refund, re-stocking or any form of customer reimbursement.

Sales Tax

Applicable in the State of Colorado and where required by law.


Duncan Stuart Todd, Ltd. (DST) warrants to the original purchaser that all DST manufactured products sold and delivered to the original purchaser shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Non-DST manufactured products are subject to the appropriate manufacturer’s warranty. To initiate a warranty claim process, the buyer must obtain a Warranty Claim Process Number (WCPN) from DST within the warranty period.

DST’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at its option, to repair, replace or refund the price of any DST manufactured product which is proved to violate such warranty. DST shall not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages, including without limitation, lost profits or the cost of repairing or replacing property which is damaged if this product does not work properly, other costs resulting from labor charges, delays, vandalism, negligence, fouling caused by foreign material, damage from adverse water conditions, chemical, or any other circumstances over which DST has no control.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or ordinary wear and tear, damage or non-functionality that results from incorrect installation, failure to follow instructions supplied with the product, accident, misuse, abuse or other external causes or damage or non-functionality caused by modifications or service by anyone other than DST unless approved by DST prior to the modifications or service taking place.

For any approved WCPN, DST will issue shipping instructions for return of the claimed defective part or product to DST or to the designated vendor’s address at buyer’s expense, transportation charges pre-paid. Failure to return the claimed defective part or product within fifteen (15) business days will result in a charge for the full price of the exchanged item should it be shipped as part of the Warranty Claim Process.
